Unclogged artery means removal of plaque. Blocked arteries may be treated conservatively by doing several things. Stop smoking, healthy diet, exercise, reduce over weight, control high BP, and control Diabetes. Check your cholesterol and control it by diet and medication. Periodic examination and undergoing tests by your doctor.
Hello!

Technically, arteries cannot be "unclogged" with medications. Procedures, including stent placement, grafts, or bypass are some of the methods used to "open" blocked arteries. Medications like statins, various blood thinners, aspirin can be taken to prevent or slow down the formation of blockages.
Hope that helps.
