I want to get my eyelids lifted. Can eyelids be lifted without surgery?

Eyelid skin can be tightened with lasers which can give the upper eyelids a more rested look, but will not replace surgery if you have a significant amount of excess upper eyelid skin.
It depends. In some cases we may be able to slightly tighten eyelid skin using laser but the change will be modest at best. Depending on the severity of your case, you may need surgery. If you would like to be evaluated, contact my office through my website www.drjacobson.com and we will be happy to discuss your options and your concerns.
Hi, the answer to this question depends greatly on your physical examination and how severe the sagging of your eyelids is. However, if you have mild eyelid ptosis (droop), then you may be a candidate for the non-invasive ThermiSmooth Face treatment. This uses controlled, non-invasive tissue heating to promote collagen growth under the skin. It can even treat the delicate skin around the eyes and lips because its cutting-edge temperature controls allow the provider to precisely regulate the amount of energy delivered to the skin. Treatment is pain-free and can be customized for each patient’s needs. ThermiSmooth Face can treat problem areas such as forehead “worry lines,” sagging eyelids, “parenthesis” lines or nasolabial folds around the mouth, crow’s feet, and sagging jowls. It can also help firm crepey skin on the face or neck. Most patients see some benefits from ThermiSmooth Face after the first treatment. Typically three procedures are necessary to achieve optimal results. Collagen production takes time, so you'll look younger with natural results. It may take three to six months to see the full effects of facial treatments.
