Can knee injuries heal on their own?

I have a knee injury. Can knee injuries heal on their own?

It depends on the severity and type of injury. Minor knee injuries such as strains or sprains may heal on their own with rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE) and over-the-counter pain medication. However, more severe injuries such as tears to the ligaments or cartilage may require medical intervention such as physical therapy, injections, or surgery. It is always best to consult with a medical professional to determine the best course of treatment for your specific injury.
Unfortunatly there are many types of knee injuries - Some 100% can heal but a proper evaluation by a medical provider can give you more injury specific information and get you on the path - hopefully a non-operative one for you
Depends on the structure injured. Some heal, some don't.
