“Can masturbation cause problems with urinating?”

I masturbate every once in a while, and lately I've noticed a small bleeding while/after masturbating. I also feel a constant urge to pee after I'm done. Usually only small amounts come out and I have to force them to do so; if I don't, I continue to feel like I have to pee and will most likely have to get back in the bathroom. It doesn't burn or anything, but having to constantly pee really small amounts is bothering me. This problem doesn't usually last more than two days. Could it possibly be a UTI or is anything accidentally messed up inside of my vagina?
