Can neck skin be tightened without surgery?

I am a 45 year old female. I want to know if neck skin can be tightened without surgery?

Yes, it can, but not on the extent of a facelift/necklift. It can be done with bipolar radio frequency and micro needling known as Morpheus. It works by tightening the ligaments between the skin and the muscle. The satisfaction rate is very high on appropriately selected patients.
The honest answer is yes and no. Although there are amazing techniques and technology nowadays to treat neck laxity, depending upon the elastosis and photo damage of the skin would be the result. I think the energy devices, at best, will give about 20% improvement. An in-person consultation is highly recommended.
The correct answer is no.

It really depends how much laxity you have. There are a lot of noninvasive methods out now that give some nice results for mild to moderate laxity. Best thing is to book an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for a complete assessment and discussion of all of the options available to you.
