I have varicose veins and want to treat them. Can radiologists treat varicose veins?

Some radiologists can treat varicose veins. More importantly is how long they have been treating varicose veins and do they treat the whole problem (rather than just a part).
Some radiologists treat varicose veins, but they can only do saphenous vein ablations; they are not “full service” vein specialists. In general, I would avoid them, as they are not surgeons and are not trained nor have the ability to handle complications or surgical procedures.
