Can sleeping without a pillow improve posture?

I am a 28 year old male. I want to know if sleeping without a pillow can improve posture?

Sure it can but I would really focus on your posture during awake hours when you are actually using your muscles. Active care over passive care
Great Question. Sleeping without a pillow is better than sleeping with an oversized non supportive pillow. Mechanically having your head inlined with the spine if you are on your back. Sleeping on your side would put obvious strains on the neck. Our recommendation is to sleep with a fitted cervical pillow that has been designed to support your neck curvature when sleeping both on your back and on your side.
Thank you for your question.

It is thought that sleeping on your back or side gives more support to your spinal column. In addition, to your sleeping position, having a supporting mattress will be beneficial. Hope this helps!
No, sleeping without a pillow is detrimental to your overall posture and spinal alignment. You need the proper support to balance the weight of your head and neck while you are sleeping. I recommend a cervical pillow for stability and support
It depends on how you sleep. On your back you really don't need much pillow and if you do have it support your neck and not lift your head. If you are on your side then a pillow that fills the gap from your head to the mattress. Just my opinion
If your spine is positioned correctly.
