A spine injury is serious and you should be evaluated asap.
Yes, the bones of the spine, the vertebra, can be fixed. Injury to the nerves in the spinal cord cannot be fixed. Sometimes they can heal a little on their own. Unfortunately, paralysis from a spinal cord injury is usually permanent.
