it should not have any conflict unless told otherwise
Alcohol can be consumed without worry of damage to your partial denture, however, it is important to point out that alcohol contains sugar which is particularly damaging to your teeth and the primary cause of tooth decay and subsequent loss. While it may not pose risk to your denture, it will pose risk to the teeth if proper dental hygiene is not maintained after drinking.
You can drink alcohol if you do have partial dentures or snap on veneers!
However due to health reason alcohol must be consumed in moderation, and depending on your health history or any drugs you are taking.
Since partial denture is removable prosthesis, same as transitional veneers, here is a link for more information:

Whether or not you drink alcohol depends more on your general health.
An alcohol drink will not harm a partial denture.
I have had more than one patient lose a partial denture down the toilet throwing up from too much alcohol. That could be a problem.
You can drink alcohol while wearing partial dentures as long as no tooth extractions have been completed.
