Dermatologist Questions Warts

Concerned skin mark on penis shaft

This has been present for around 2 years comes and goes when warticon used however always comes back. I have been told this is not hpv. Getting worried now. No pain (unless squeezed). No lump under skin or soreness . This is right at the base of the penis shaft.

Hello there! There are different causes of lesions similar to these - some are sexually transmitted like HPV infections causing warts called ‘condyloma acuminatum’ and some are not! I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose the lesions so appropriate treatment can be given!
