“Could I be pregnant?”
I was seen on November 5th and tested positive for HCG it was 1.020. Does that mean I can be pregnant if so how far along would I be?

You were probably around 5-6 weeks by titer. You need a follow up with your doctor.

If your HCG was 1020 in November, and nothing has changed (meaning you haven’t had any testing confirming that you are not pregnant), then you are likely still pregnant and probably starting to get into the 2nd trimester. I’d recommend seeking medical care urgently for your health.
