Orthopedic Surgeon (Orthopedist) Questions

Could my c6c7 bulge be herniating?

I have been diagnosed with a c6 c7 bulge in my neck, I have also been diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy & shoulder impingement on my left side. I have upper arm weakness. Sometimes my middle finger joints get numb. Or the first half of my fingers. The left is far worse than the right side, but I’m starting to feel the same things in my right like my left now too. I had pain between my shoulder blades on June 28, went to the ER & diagnosed with a thoracic strain. I’m starting physical therapy on the 12th of July. Ive tried nsaids with Tylenol & muscle relaxers, they helped minimally.

Yes, it could.
You may also have a shoulder issue in addition.
Shoulder blade pain can also be a sign of a pinched nerve in your neck.
also, metabolically, you have signs of insulin resistance (PCOS, Fatty liver, hypothyroid).
Your symptoms could definitely be from C6-7!
