Covid 19 vaccine and HIV plus autoimmune disease?

I currently have two autoimmune diseases. One is Primary Biliary Cholangitis and the other is Ankylosing Spondylitis. In addition, I have HIV. I take ursodiol 1200 mg daily for the PBC and Cosentyx injections 300 mg total once monthly for the AS. I take Genvoya for HIV and am undetectable. However, my CD4 count is struggling to get above 150. My infectious disease doctor believes it will come up over time. My question is, will taking any kind of Covid vaccine be dangerous for me, and will it even help if I do take it? I’m very concerned about this but haven’t asked my doctors as of yet. I just want to be thinking about it for when the time comes to make the decision about it.

Only live vaccines are dangerous. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines should be safe.
