“Curved penis?”
When my penis is soft it doesn't curve a bit when it gets hard it curves bad and I have a hanging left testicle.

This could be Peyronie's disease, which is scar tissue along the base and shaft of the penis. As long as you can engage in vaginal intercourse without much discomfort, no need to be concerned. If it becomes more problematic, then medical or surgical treatment can help.

When you have curvature with your erection - that generally means you have congenital disproportionate growth of your corporal bodies within the penis - you should see your local urologist for a consultation. The way your test hangs has nothing to do with it.
