Do I have hypothyroidism?

I've been tired a lot, I had stomach issues, lost weight but gained back. I never dieted or even exercised more. I get off work all I want to do is sleep most days but some days I get a burst of energy that makes me nuts can't sit if I wanted too. I would lIke to find a doctor close by but I don't have a car.

You need to have some blood work to help determine wether your symptoms are due to your thyroid, or something else(like anemia, iron deficiency,etc.).
The best way is to have blood work evaluation for thyroid function to determine if your symptoms are related to thyroid dysfunction or another cause/causes.
To have those symptoms, the thyroid tests would have to be very much off. If your thyroid tests are normal then the symptoms are not caused by hypothyroidism.
Thyroid dysfunction is a possible cause for BBC symptoms described but there are other possibilities. You need a brief medical exam and appropriate lab tests to help find out what is going on.

Checking for hypothyroidism involves a simple blood test known as TSH that your primary care physician can order. This can be performed at a testing center near your home. Results are usually available the same day. Stomach issues, weight loss and fatigue can have other causes, which frequently relate to depression. This possibility should be explored in your case and will require a visit to your physician. Keep in mind that telephone/video visits are now possible and are covered by insurance.
Could be indicative of many different conditions, including thyroid dysfunction. You need a complete Medical evaluation with laboratory tests, including thyroid.
