Do all fillings need injections?

I am a 39 year old male. I want to know if all fillings need injections?

No
No, no, no lasers like Waterlase are available to do fillings without anesthetic.
It depends on the situation. Most fillings will require an injection to be virtually painfree.
No depending on the depth of the decay.
No. You don't need an injection (local anesthesia) to have a filling done. Local anesthetics are used so that you do not feel any discomfort during the procedure of cleaning out decay and placing the filling. Most people don't want to experience any discomfort during their dental visit but if you don't want an injection and you can sit still during the procedure, you don't need to have an injection.
Injections are to numb the tooth so you don’t feel any pain associated with removing the decay. It is for your comfort. Up to you to take or not.

No, depends on how severe and deep filling is and your pain tolerance.
Not all fillings need injections. Some fillings can be done with air abrasion or lasers and are perfectly painless.
Hope this helps.
Not always, but it's recommended.
No, not all do. It depends on the size of the fillings you are replacing.
Most fillings require injections but if it’s minor your dentist might be able to do it without injections
