Does a root canal give immediate relief?

I am a 28 year old female. I want to know if a root canal gives immediate relief?

Many times, yes. It depends on the infection and how quickly it responds to the treatment. Please just get the necessary treatment from a good dentist. Good luck.
Typically, yes. Along with medication (antibiotics).
If the root canal tooth has an infection, relief may not be immediate.
Technically, the anesthetic gives immediate relief. The root canal treatment keeps it that way (usually).
Good Luck.
Normally yes, but in certain cases it might take 1 to 3 days.
Immediate relief of pain to hot and to cold. But it will take about a week or more to have relief from pain to chewing. Therefore, do not do any hard chewing on the side of the root canal tooth.
Pain to hot and cold will be gone immediately, but the tooth may continue to be sensitive to pressure for a few more days.
