Does flossing teeth really help?

I am a 32 year old male. I want to know if flossing teeth really helps?

Flossing your teeth is absolutely essential if you wish to avoid caries and gum disease. Brushing cleans the top, inside and outside of teeth, whereas flossing cleans in between each side. Therefore brushing reaches 60% and flossing 40%!
Yes, you can't get all the bits between your teeth without flossing. If you don't floss, gum disease will happen in most people eventually.
