Does heart arrhythmia go away on its own?

I was diagnosed with arrhythmia. Is it serious? Will it go away on its own?

There are many types of arrhythmias, some are more serious than others. You need to be evaluated by an Electrophysiologist (specialist in heart rhythm) for better management and treatment plan.
The answer can be puzzling because there are many types of arrhythmias. Some could be physiological, especially in younger people. For example, “Sinus Arrhythmia” related to breathing pattern. It could be premature arising from the ventricle and could be innocuous if intermittent, but regular or life-threatening if persistent with different patterns. On the other hand, many arise from the atria including atrial fibrillation, flutter, and some other varieties. Some may resolve, but many of them may need medication and/or intervention to cure them or control them. Thus, it's very important to know what type of arrhythmia you have since the term encompasses a wide variety of conditions.
I hope this helps.
Possible. However, you should investigate. Please see your cardiologist.
