I broke my hand 2 weeks ago. Does physical therapy help a broken hand?

First things first: It needs to heal. The fracture can take up to 8 weeks to heal. You want to immobilize it through that time.
Physical therapy or occupational therapy may help with stiffness and strengthening after the fracture has healed. However, therapy does not help with the healing of the fracture itself. Best to discuss this with your treating physician.
