Does this sound like allergies?

Around the beginning of July, I woke up one morning and one of my ears and one nostril was stuffed. My girlfriend had the A/C really cold. I told myself that was the cause and shrugged it off. My problem is, ever since then, my head and nose have been "stuffy" for at least 3-5 days out of the week. I haven't developed a cough, but there's definitely been mucus in my sinuses.

Considering that I'm vaccinated, have no cough, no fever, or shortness of breath, I assumed it isn't covid. Has anyone else ever experienced this? I feel like it may be allergies. It's bearable most days, but then there are nights like tonight where my head hurts and I'm stuffy. To further explain the feeling, it's a similar feeling as "catching a cold" or fever but never develops into one and I never actually have a high temperature.

More than likely not covid related. I would try some Zyrtec for a week and see if that helps. Air ducts are notorious for allergens.
