“Dull pain on tip of penis?”
In the last week or so I have had a dull pricking pain on the tip of my penis that concerns me. It's just at the tip of the penis and on the shaft, or balls, etc. There is no burning feeling when I pee or pain and my urine is clear. I'm not taking any kind of medication or having other medical conditions. It's been over a year since I've had sex but I do masturbate a lot.

You probably have inflammation of the prostate, which is causing a referred pain to the tip of the penis.
