Ear infection virus?

My friend Jenny (36) develops an ear infection, 3 days later I get one (31) for the first time in my life. As my infection seems to get worse, hearing loss, severe pain, and face paralyzation this morning my left chest was hurting, 3 days later my other friend John (29) says he's got one. If you look inside my ear you can see puss surrounding the ear drum. What is going on and how can I stop it with almost no income?

You definitely need to see ENT specialist
Sounds like you have a complicated otitis externa or complicated otitis media with otorrhea. So, if your face movement is truly weakened, you need a course of steroids pretty soon. Within 30 days of the onset to get the best benefit. You also need an ear exam and likely antibiotic ear drops. If there is purulence in the ear canal, that can be either an external ear infection, or a middle ear infection with a burst ear drum, draining into the ear. The fact that you have hearing loss and weakened facial movement is more concerning for an acute otitis media with facial nerve paralysis (complicated middle ear infection). I strongly suggest going to at minimum an urgent care.
Go to the nearest University Hospital asap. Ask to be seen in the ENT clinic. Your symptom complex needs the attention of an otolaryngologist, not a general medicine physician. I would need to see you i person to review the history and give accurate advice.
