Enlarged prostate procedure/medicine and effects with ED (erectile dysfunction)?

I am 59 years old. I had a TURP procedure (for enlarged prostate), prescribed Finasteridec(daily) - about 4 years ago. My erections used to be nearly vertical( fully erect), now my erections are nearly horizontal (still very firm). My ejaculations went from about a "teaspoonful" (estimate) to just a dribble/drop. Is there anything I can do/consume that will increase the amount I ejaculate? I know the Finasteride keeps the prostate to normal size but apparently, it also diminishes the amount of semen the body makes. Any solutions/ideas/thoughts?

This is a normal development after TURP> Some of the ejaculates will return to the bladder and will be mixed with urine.
It may improve after some time.
After a TURP, many patients experience retrograde ejaculations and have less fluid exiting the urethra. This is an inherent side effect of a TURP. You should not need Finasteride after a TURP and may be able to discontinue it after a discussion with your physician.
