“Feeling abnormal?”
I am having some head troubles, it's been feeling heavy and hot a lot. I've been feeling dizzy or motion sickness and it happened when I'm sitting or laying down. I'm not sure if it's something I should take seriously but it's starting to feel like it's getting worse.

I think it could be related to the conditions you have, but definitely I recommend you to see your PCP for further evaluation. I hope you feel better soon!
