Heart arrhythmia pvcs skipped beats?

About 8 months ago I started getting heart palpitations and ever since then my life has been completely ruined. I had 3 echocardiograms and 2 times Holter monitors both of which the doctors said its nothing serious but I did see an av block during sleep and triplets and pvcs. One time I was roaming around a shopping center and I felt my heart pause for a while and I was traumatized now I'm scared I might have sick sinus syndrome sometimes feels like my heart slows down a lot and then when I get these skips. I literally feel like it's my last day on earth I'm so distraught and tired of all this and all doctors give me is the same answer. I also have had an ECG where st waves were changed and I'm scared of getting a cardiac arrest or sudden cardiac death in terrified and there seems to be no hope in sight.

After reviewing ur Holter records, ECG and echo report, I do not see any serious rhythm abnormality or structural heart problems. Ur PVC burden is low. Asymptomatic low grade AV blocks, PVCs are common during sleep. If u experience ur PVCs, ur physician can put u on low dose beta blocker and assess ur tolerance and symptom control.
You need to see an experienced electrophysiologist (cardiologist who specializes in arrhythmia),who will be able to sort out your issues.  If you have seen one already get a second opinion.if never hurts to have someone else review the problem.
Unfortunately I can't see these pictures can you email me at Emad.Aziz@Rutgers.Edu
You are young 25 years of age. You should not be scared however you should have some bloodwork investigation. You should check your thyroid and hyperthyroid can cause cardiac arrhythmia etc. You should also checked for electrolytes to make sure your potassium is within normal limits. You may discuss with your cardiologists if a trial of that Beta blocker could be helpful. You may try special exercises and breathing. Avoid heavy exercise and long distance run. And avoid heavy weights lifting. Good luck.
