My 12 year old son gets nerve pain in his legs. How can I treat nerve pain at home?

Depends on what the cause is of the pain. The goal is to figure out the cause and address it. Vitamin B12 is recommended for nerve health, but there are lots of causes of neuropathy like diabetes etc. He should really be worked up for the cause.
