How do you relieve pain from a dental bridge?

I got a dental bridge 2 days ago. It hurts. What can I do? How can I relieve pain from a dental bridge?

Go back to the dentist that delivered the bridge. A crown or bridge should never hurt after delivery
I’m sorry about that. I’m not sure what is exactly the reason that the bridge hurts, but if I take a guess, I think the bridge is putting too much pressure on the gum, where the tooth is missing. It might be that a part of the bridge is too high, or food gets trapped there. If the bridge is high, that has to be fixed by the dentist. If food gets trapped there, I suggest that you use the water pick or super floss to clean the area.
I hope that helps. If it doesn’t, it’s best to see your dentist for evaluation.

Sometimes the bite might be slightly off because you may bite differently than when you are numb. This can lead to biting harder on the bridge and sooner than you should, resulting in injury and bruising to the ligaments that hold the tooth to the bone. Return to your dentist immediately. You might just need a minor adjustment. Otherwise, if you wait too long, you might injure the nerve pulp beyond recovery.

Depends on the reason for the pain. If it hurts when you bite down, your bite might need to be adjusted. There's a lot of information here that is missing. Best bet is to call your dentist, sooner than later. And in the meantime, try some Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or Aleve as directed on the bottle, whatever you would normally take for pain.
A dental bridge should be painful. The most common cause for discomfort is poor occlusion, which can be easily adjusted by the dentist. Other, more serious issues such as an infected tooth or fractured tooth used as the supporting teeth for the bridge should be evaluated by your dentist.
