About a week or two.
Varies from 2 weeks to a couple of months.
Complete healing should occur in 1-2 months.

The first 3 days are critical for healing where wounds can get infected . Complete gum closure appears in about 1 month after extraction.
The initial phase of healing about 7 days, complete healing (bone remodeling and stability) about 4-6 months- assuming good health
