How often should I take 25mg of Meclizine HCI for vertigo?
Female | 51 years old
Complaint duration: 21 days on & off (not every day)
Medications: Meclizine
Conditions: Sensorineural Hearing Loss, Tinnitus, TMJ, Ulcerative Collitis

Meclizine has limited use in vertigo. I would not use more than 2 weeks. I would suggest an ENT or another ENT consult.
Normally is prescribed every 8 hours as needed. You should take the smallest dose (12.5 mg) that would control your symptoms.
