I have anxiety and want to treat it. How often should you do acupuncture for anxiety?

I would recommend once or twice a week until you are getting some results then wean down to as needed.
It depends on the severity! In general at twice a week at the beginning,
then tapering down. There would be either/and/or of the following: herbs,
essential oils, homeopathics etc that need to be incorporated into the
