“How should I sit after delivery?”

Depends on the way you delivered your baby, and if there were any type of issues that needed to be addressed, and example would be an a PZI to me, but the most simple answer is the most comfortable way for you to hold your baby without you being in an in discomfort. And how the nurses and your providers advise you. Especially when getting up and or sitting down. Those could be the struggle points.
