Any position that doesnt cause pain
Without knowing any information, on your other side with a good cervical pillow or on your back. Thanks for the question. Jay H Schwartz, DC, DIBCN, DIBE
Try sleeping on your back with shoulder impingement. You really needs to stretch your pectoral's muscles and strengthen your back muscles. see a good chiropractor who can help you rebalance.
Sleeping can be challenging with this painful condition. Try "hugging" a large pillow while laying on the opposite side. You can also try laying on your back and use pillows to bolster your arm to find the most comfortable position. But don't leave out getting help with a healthcare professional. This condition rarely goes away completely on it's own or very quickly unless intervention is included.
