I am a 25 year old male. I want to know how soon is too soon to return to work after an injury?

Always refer to your MD that has treated you to ensure you have a medical release to return to work. This is for your safety as well as for the safety of those you work with. Most HR departments will require this but it is always best to check within your department and your immediate supervisor.
