How to relieve sinus pressure?

For the past week, the seasonal dynamic changes per day in barometric pressure have had me in severe sinus pain resulting in additional severe tooth pain. I take vitamin C and electrolyte supplements daily as well as anti-inflammatory supplements and have attempted to treat with Sudaphedrine PE max strength with little or no effect. I have been treated with steam from hot showers but relief is minimal and very brief. I have no interest in neti pots or pouring saline down my nose, is there anything else that can be done aside from applying an icepack to my face?

You may need a z-pac. See your physician.
If didn't try Allegra or equal (Claritin or zyrtec), you have to start a course of steroid.

Try using Mucinex D in combination with warm moist towels over your face for 20 minutes or so every 1-2 hours.
