I have a boil on the inside of my gums, and it's just becoming painful. The pain also doesn't subside when I use an oral gel. What should I do to treat it?

You need to go to a Dentist!
Make an appointment with your dentist promptly and find out what is going on. Any bump or sore in the mouth, that doesn't go away in 7 - 10 days needs to be checked out.
See the dentist.
This is likely the result of a badly decayed tooth which is in the process of losing its nerve supply in the form of inflammation, which is adjacent to the area you describe and must be confirmed by an X-ray. This infection can be very painful and unhealthy has the bacteria from this can spread to the heart and cause SBE, which is subacute bacterial endocarditis. Go to your dentist let them take an X-ray and fix the problem as this can't get much worse.
No it will not subside. Please see your dentist. It could be an abscess
You need to see a dentist as soon as possible because your "boil" may be the result of a dental infection. This will not resolve on its own. There are different sources for the swelling to occur, and your dentist should be able to help you to determine the source.
Could possibly be an abscess. You should see a dentist as soon as possible to help prevent infection.
See your dentist ASAP

Seek a consultation with a dentist immediately. This is commonly due to a nerve dying and indicates the presence of infection. You will need an antibiotic and probably a root canal treatment or extraction. Have this seen to asap

This is usually a sign of dental infection or an infection in the gums. It is called a fistula and it is where an infection is working it’s way out of the body. Somewhat like a pimple. It is recommended that you visit a dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment as needed.
You should appoint with your dentist. That small "fistula" is a sign of infection.
A boil on the gums is a sign of an abscess. You have some aggressive germ that killed your tooth and is now being spread by the blood stream throughout your body. This is extremely dangerous and requires immediate treatment by a dentist or endodontist (root canal specialist). DO NOT WAIT!
