Could be a ganglion cyst. If so and it’s bothersome, a needle aspiration might be a consideration.
If it is painless and under the skin, it probably is something called a ganglion cyst. This is a benign (not cancer) fluid filled sack. If it gets larger or becomes painful, then it may have to be removed. However, if it is in the skin, then that is a dermatology issue. If it's not getting bigger and not painful, then don't worry about it. But if it hurts or grows in size, then get a doctor to look at it.

Hope it helps!!

If it doesn't hurt, likely normal.
