“I haven't had my period?”
I am 37 years old. My period stopped since December 2021, I have not seen it till now.

You need to see your doctor to find out why you haven't had your period. It's possible that you're pregnant, not ovulating, or in menopause.
This could be just a normal occurrence. If you were to miss more periods, it would be a good idea to go in to be evaluated.
Please do a pregnancy test to confirm if you are pregnant or not. If not, then follow up with your ObGyn as you may need medicine to help induce a cycle.

sometimes stress or irregularities in your hormone profile can cause u to miss a cycle Occasionally a brief pregnancy and miscarriage may have occurred but that’s unlikely if u have been consistently using contraception. Get bloodwork soon if you’re worried.
