I have been sick for a week with a high fever, chills, sore throat, cough, and I was wondering when I should worry?

Not yet. Typical virus upper respiratory illness can last 2 -3 weeks. As long as your fever is coming down with tylenol or Motrin, you will be ok. Stay hydrated. Rest.
Hi could be a viral infection ( covid is part of viral infection ) plz go to dr and do labs
