Infected mouth ulcers?

Over the past few days, there has been some sort of bacterial problem in my mouth where I have over 25 ulcers on my tongue. Some of them are even making my tongue a different shape on the side. Please could you tell me what this is.

Based on what I see, the lesions need to be cultured to see what is the final diagnosis. There are multiple etiologies that I can think and the best way to look at them is by doing a culture of the lesion. It could be viral, fungal or bacterial etiology. Thank you.
There are quite a few possibilities. Symptoms, duration, location, appearance, onset among other factors would help in diagnosis. The best option is to see your dentist or physician for a good differential diagnosis.
Thank you for the photos. It is very important that you see your dentist or physician as quickly as possible. The lesions are highly suspicious of being viral in nature and immediate treatment is necessary. Until the, please avoid sharing utensils or cups with anyone.

It appears to be Apthus ulcers. They are generally very small, but painful for their size. They should heal in 7-10 days. If not ,seek appointment with a dentist.
