“Is acupuncture helpful in boosting fertility?”
I want to have a baby within the next 2-4 years. I've heard from a few people that acupuncture can help before I get pregnant. Is this true?

Yes- most of my practice is fertility support. Starting as early as you are starting is amazing. You should notice improvements in your cycle immediately and continuing treatment will help with a beautiful pregnancy and delivery.

Acupuncture is very helpful in increasing fertility. Especially when done by an acupuncture physician who is well-versed in fertility. Also very important are Chinese herbal medicine, to help strengthen the body's natural functions, and nutrition. A special micronutrient test can and should be done 6 months before you begin trying in order to give your body the time it needs to fill in the nutrient deficiencies you have. And you do have nutrient deficiencies; everyone does. The key is learning which.
