Eye pain is never normal. You should visit your opthalmologist. I do not think rhinoplasty has caused your eye pain but I don't what have been done and how your surgeon did it. You can go ask him what he think may possibly make the eye swelling or some nerves or blood vessels that come from the face and the nose.
Sorry I can't really answer your question. It may cause your eye pain but very unlikely. So check within your doctors since they can exam your eyes.
