You can but blue dawn soap is better and more gentle
I would soak in warm water. Visit Dr. B's denture solutions for more options.
Plain water is just good enough. If it accumulates plaque or tartar a denture cleansing tablet into the water can help.
Soaking dentures in salt water overnight is generally safe and can help to clean and disinfect them. Salt water has antimicrobial properties that can kill bacteria and help to remove stains and odor from the dentures. Hope this Helps.. Cheers !
Normally it needs to be soak in water. You also can use denture cleaning tablets to clean your denture
Yes, but there is no benefit.
Salt rinses over time May degrade the finish on the teeth or acrylic. Best to soak in polident or equivalent product
It is not recommended to clean or soak dentures in salt water, if anything soak in hot water or brush them as you would normal teeth.
