That question unfortunately is nota straight forward answer as curvatures in the spine (which are not normal ones) can occur for a variety of reasons. I wish I could give you a quick, simple yes or no but I can't unfortunately.
It depends on what is causing the curvature and the severity of the curve. If there is a structural problem such as a hemivertebrae, that cannot be corrected with manipulation. However, smaller curvatures usually 10 degrees or less are corrected often.
Hi! It all depends on what is going on and the severity of the spinal degeneration. With proper chiropractic care and muscle work, spines have the ability to be corrected. The first step is getting into an office for a consultation and examination.
No...and don't let any doctor or Chiropractor tell you that they can...if they do...run! At 33 years of age the curve you have is the curve you will have for the rest of your life. Generally, if you are referring to scoliosis, then by the time you hit 18 the curve will not change for the worse....or the better. But, don't feel too bad, most people walking around on the planet have some sort of spinal deviation....and in most cases, with good activity and muscle strength work you can keep your pain to a minimum and enjoy a great life.
The spine has different curves depending on the area. Xrays can help determine whether there is a reduction of the spinal curves. There are exercises that the patient can do to improve the spinal curves
