I am a 26 year old male. I want to know if it is safe to scrape your own teeth?

No, go to the dentist
Yes you can do more harm. Especially if you have sharp instruments. You might carve notches in the necks of the teeth. I have seen teeth destroyed by using brushes for cleaning between the teeth. Interproximal areas
It depends which instruments you are using. Most of the risk is in lacerating the tissue. It’s best to let a dental professional do it for you.
