Is sleeping on an incline bad for your back?

I am a 46 year old female. I want to know if sleeping on an incline is bad for your back?

Probably not as long as you are not in pain while sleeping or getting up.
Yes!
Sleeping flat offloads all of the weight from your spine and allows your discs to absorb water and plump up throughout the night. Sleeping at an incline will continue to put gravitational pressure on your discs and not allow water to fill them up over the night.

No, not necessarily, it depends partially on how much of an incline.
