Is there a difference between a lung infection and a chest infection?

I am a 20 year old female. I want to know if there is a difference between a lung infection and a chest infection?

Chest infection is in regards to the musculoskeletal framework of your lungs while a lung infection is inside the lungs.
Often they are used interchangeably, however “Chest infection” is typically specific to a infected wound as from an open heart surgery
Neither of those are technical. There are many tissues in the chest and that make up the chest and chest wall. Furthermore, there are infections caused by viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi, all of which could attack lungs or heart or what have you.
