Migraine headaches are thought to be associated with vascular constriction and dilation and also from nerve impingement from tight muscles. Sinusitis can also trigger a migraine headache. If the migraines are triggered from chronic sinusitis, contact an ENT and request a consultation to see if you are a candidate for sinus surgery. Otherwise, there is no known migraine surgery that I am aware of.
I am not aware of any surgery that will eliminate migraines. Acupuncture combined with herbs, and sometimes massage, can be very effective in treating migraines.
Surgery is unfortunately not my field, but acupuncture can be very effective for migraines.
I am an acupuncturist. Acupuncture can be very helpful for migraines. I am not a surgeon.
Thanks for your question – there is no surgery for migraines, or headaches in general, unless they are caused by a mass/tumor, or abnormal blood vessel (and these are pretty rare causes of most migraines). On the good side, there are new medications coming out that are very effective at both turning off the headache and preventing new ones. Your doctor can review if those are an option for you! Good luck.
Please follow up with neurologist. Good luck

I have heard of a surgery where they cut the nerve in your neck to stop the pain, but before you look into something that may have other side affects, I would certainly look into acupuncture which works very effectively for migraines.
No surgery for migraines, you can try acupuncture treatment.
I'm neither a surgeon nor a neurologist, so I couldn't say whether or not surgery is a viable option for migraine. In most cases, I suspect surgery would be overkill.
