Is this a disability?

I have hemihypertrophy, my right side is shorter but bulkier than my left side. It can't be cured I just want to know if this is counted as a disability?

Disability can be a word to be defined by the individual. If you have a physical or mental condition that prevents you from an acitivity in which you want participate, then, in that sense, you have a disabilty. Perhaps you are asking if your condition makes you disabled for being able to work. Being disabled then depends upon your ability to work in spite of some limitation. That will generally depend on the severity of your functional physical limitations, if they are long- term or permanent, your age, and your education level.
Yes and no. You could be disabled on a physical basis. However, depending on your abilities and skills, you could be very productive.
