It may be a heart attack. An evaluation by a cardiologist must be performed.
Even though heart attacks are seen more in males than in females, your symptoms are highly suggestive of heart related problem. You are in menopause age, that means the risk for heart attack is equally similar to males. you have hypertension. so you should go to ER.if it is new onset & last longer.
